    Thanks for adding, I am currently looking to invest multifamily in jersey city or union city. Areas with good commuting feature . Parts of Jersey city is bad, needs to know which areas to avoid. Still in the learning process.. From your experience, u prefer to invest jersey city or union city?

As a real estate investor along partner with my brother, we have acquired multiple residential properties and apartment. We have made many mistakes but also learned alot which I'm sure can benefit who is looking to start into real estate investing. We can guide you on how to to advertise your property available for rent, bring tenants, screening tenants, renovating, hiring property managers, movers etc.
