I have investor based loans that serve the buy and hold investor. We cater to the investor whose tax returns do not reflect there actual income. We lend on 1-4 family condos and do not require tax returns. this product is also works for Foreign nationals. We go upto and beyond 2M. We do purchase/rate and term and cash out refinance. Rehab and hard money is also available.


What I am looking for is... (be specific)

I a, looking to work with relators/investors and help be a take out for hard money deals where I can get the hard money lender there money back and get the investor into a rate that is half of what they are paying now.
