We are a couple, I a real estate agent with a degree in Marketing and management and he an experienced contractor with several years of experience. I have been in Real Estate for a little over 6 years in NY and 1 year in NJ. As a contractor he is usually the one to be called to 'fix' what others have 'tried' to do. He is a household name within the Lakewood community - whether to construct a complicated wainscotted ceiling or replace a toilet and has several close contacts and knows where to find the best deals on materials and supplies. We spoke about investing for the last few years as it seems a natural path for us - I find deals and sell and we renovate - standard or high end quality depending on location, for the least amount possible.

What I am looking for is... (be specific)

We are looking for partners to cover purchase and renovation costs and are willing to split the profits 50/50. We can cover closing costs if need be.
