Blue Dog Property Investments LLC buys and sells houses in Sussex, Warren, Morris, and the surrounding counties in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvannia. We use short-term funds from private individuals in order to purchase, fix up, and sell these houses. Private lenders are secured by a 1st mortgage on the property and we pay a 8 – 12% interest when we pay the loan off, plus points if it is a quick sale and not a keeper.
