I have worked as a project manager for a technology company for 6 years, so know how to plan a project and see it through. After attending several real estate bootcamps and working along side some investors on rehab projects, I do have knowledge of the business. I have private lenders to enable cash purchases.

I am looking to purchase investment properties in North Jersey to rehab/sell or rent. Currently I have plans to build a duplex in Bergen county, so am actively seeking a property for this project.
