    I am looking for smash and dent, desperate landlords, leaky oil tanks, any property with owner financing will be considered.

    I have been doing this since 1997 and have done over 200 transactions, mainly in monmouth, ocean, essex, passaic, union counties and in upstate new york.

    Hi Deborah,

    Will you handle short sales in Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Atlantic and other so jersey counties?  If so, let me know.  Also, what type of deal can we expect as a referral fee.

    I don't have the time with the short sales but I come across alot of them.
