not much. i am a good listener, i dont see how i can put any type of value to your society just now. All i know is how to renovate houses, fix them up, i know people who do it for very good price, very fast and with acceptable quality. im not the house owner but i am very ambitious and i have lots of energy and motivation to make things happen.

learning new ways of looking at the housing market, not too long ago i was thinking that i have a basic understanding of the market and that is very enough to buy, manage, and sell properties. Of course i was wrong. The only thing i want is to be around people who knows the business and learn from them cause now i know that i know nothing. thank you
