I have access to BANK REO's that haven't been placed on the MLS. These are properties that are sent to us and are prepared to be listed. We do the evictions, weatherizations, etc .. once all that is done we have a BPO done. When the BPO is done it goes to the bank and they give us the ok to place it in the MLS. In the meantime, I like to show the properties and have them sold before they are placed on the market.

I, personally, would like to find short term private money to buy these properties myself, rehab them only to resell.
