Have been in and out of res. RE since 1979 when I was an orig board member of Diversified Investor Group (digonline.org) and was the newsletter editor for 6 yrs, VP in several capacities. Owned a lot of res RE and a few commercial (operated my 3 video productions companies, ad agency, electronics fab co, etc. businesses). I've done a lot of rehabs in Phila & Bucks co. I've been involved in the management end of several local RE educational groups in addition to DIG and also affiliated with a few National RE Organizations. I travel a lot to stay in touch with current RE & economic trends. I wanna own a night club, been playing drums & singing since the 60's all over the U.S. I wanna buy a 20,000 ft industrial bldg and turn it into an indoor man-castle, complete with music stage, recording studio, collection rooms for my drum & toy train collections, drive through garages, penthouse roof garden & spa, mini-suites for entertainment industry visitors, indoor small arms range, martial arts-combat room, gymnastics room and wedding chapel for practice.

Networking with highly motivated, achieving women and men, maybe not as obsessive as myself, but with expanding business and personal goals for the next 100 years. Real Estate is my current biz endeavor and looking for like-minded professionals and trend information. One of my passions is helping people in need and some to achieve their dreams. This includes fund raising benefits (music / entertainment end) also, not just individuals. So, looking for like minded friends to join forces to help is a paramount focus. I've coached many persons... good listener. Who's in ??
