WTB - Single family Residence in Northern NJ

Selling my home, looking to get somethig smaller in same area.  Willing to rehab a lower cost house  if in a good area.  Budget is $250K for a fixer-upoper to $700K as a near move in condition home. 

 

Towns in order of preferance are only

   Rockleigh

   Old Tappan

   Harrington Park

   Norwood

   Northvale

 

If we buy, willing to pay a reasoanble finders fee.

 

Don't send me anyting on MLS, my agent is already showing me those.  Not intrested in any other towns or condos/townhomes or multifamily.

We are in the process of selling our home so right now can only make a contignet offer.  Once sold, can consider an all cash or mostly cash offer.
