I would tell him that you are not a contractor and am just selling the place. this is why he needs to see the property and not to rely on your inexperience. I would try to get him the tenant information. If he does not want to see the property I would not be taking him to seriously.I would also get his proof of funds before he goes out there
In addition, Nick stated that realtors was changing over the weekend for this property in Coatsville. I would need that new info as well including pics, correct?

Question Nick, I have a buyer who contacted me about the Coatsville, PA property. He is very interested, but he wants to find out about certain property conditions such as:
1) How long was the roof last replaced?
2) Has the electricity been upgraded?
3) Is the paint and carpet in good condition?
4) Do the windows need replacing?
5) Is the property currently occupied and if so, how long have the tenants been there?
Thanks for pics for allentown,PA property. I also emailed you a few emails regarding ARV and estimates of church st property. I found a direct buyer that seems interested in property. Thanks
