     How much is the estimated Repair Cost of the respective property?

     Can you give us also the 3 SOLD Comps and 3 ACTIVE Comps of our respective property?

     How did you arrive at the Sales Price? Please include items such as the street addresses and sales prices of comps.

     Thanks for letting us sell the property for 30 days counted from today, which date is the day you give us the info on these properties.

     How many people (and/or students) are assigned to sell each of the respective properties?

     Hope you can enlighten us.
