Where do you get your contracts?

Being a newbie, One of the biggest hurdles I have found facing my REI progress is finding an wholesale assignable contract to use in New York that's not going to cost me an arm and leg to create. Maybe this seems like small beans to most, but I have found it to be a looming shadow.

The question: When you first started out, where did you obtain your contracts from? Did you have them written up from scratch, take a bootcamp template and have it reviewed by your lawyer, or did you have a friend already in the biz sell/give you one?

Hopefully your answers will provide guidance to me and the other new investors itching to take the next step.

I am apart of an Investor Network that supplies everything for me, looks over the deals that I bring them and negotiates the deals for me all for being apart of the network for only $50.00 joining fee.
