We are in the process of selling our primary residience in Bergen Co, NJ. It is listed with a local agent.
We are looking to downsize, but stay in the same school district. Only town being considered are:
- Old Tappan
- Northvale
- Harrington Park
- Norwood
- Haworth
- Demarest
- Rockleigh
Our all-in budget is about $600K (After refresh/expansion/rehab).
The rehabbers today can do great work, thus location shall be key. Home shall not be on a main street, near rail road tracks, near commercial/professional. This is not an investment, but rather will be our principal residence for at least the next few years.
Finished home shall be 2200sq+, min of 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage.
Willing to pay finder’s fee if we purchase a lead brought to our attention on an off market property. Don't bother to send MLS Listed or other public leads as we can find those our-selves.
Rehabbale is OK and even desired. Needing to add a level will be considered. While not optimal, putting an addition and expanding footprint may be considered.
Being able to execute, of-course in contingent on getting a solid offer on current residence.
