Wanna invest in Brooklyn?

Hello friends,

In my current marketing, I'm coming across a lot of potentially great investment properties in Brooklyn so far ranging from 2 family to 4 family and Mixed Use (usually 1 commercial unit on bottom with 2 fam on top). And I anticipate having more than I can personally handle.
