Title company that provides lists for mailing?

Hey my real estate buddies

Im looking for a title company that can provide real estate  lists for direct mailing.

Say i want a list of 4 families in Elizabeth where owners owned for 20 years or more, some title companies provide this, typically for a fee, to real estate investors.

I never used one for this, but im told this is what a lot of investors do and id rather work and develop a relationship with a title company instead of going to list companies like claritas.

i anyone knows or has experience, please private message me, thanks so much!

I know there was a former post requesting title companies , but i think that was for regular title company doing closings and title, normal stuff.
