Hey Gang- would love to HELP you by working with more people and showing you guys the tricks of the trade concerning how to use notes to reduce short sale time frames. If you have short sale or note deals with a smaller local or regional bank give me a call and we can partner on your deal and you will get a great education and significantly improve your chances for closing a short sale/note deal that has become stuck, died, or may just be in the wrong hands?     Hi,I have a possible Note buying deal. Debt is 5,9milion+$750K mechanic liens, possible buy for 2,8milion or less. 67 apartment building 95% on the outside done, 45% inside done, need around 3 milion to complete, worth 16/17milion when completed. Monthly rents $117,800.00.
