  • I might be interested in doing the rehab for you. We are located in Orange and have done some work in East Orange, so the area is not a problem for us. Give me a call at 609-575-8564.

  • Yea, off the top of my head the taxes are a bit high...maybe 7,000-8,000/year for this prop (i'll get the exact number). Surprisingly, the street and surrounding neighborhood is pretty nice. Not the typical for East Orange for sure which is why we snatched this up.  Just a little too far for us to do the rehab work, otherwise we would be doing the rehab ourselves. 

  • Taxes are a killer in East Orange.

    Fannie Mae has many for sale there.
