I am looking to resell a short sale to an FHA approved buyer without holding for 90 days. Anyone know of a good strategy to get around this? Or a good lender that can complete the loan without the seasoning requirement?
I was able to get this done in the past but now it seems the lender wants 90 day seasoning from the day of the executed HUD as opposed to the day of getting the Deed, which makes things a bit more difficult.
