Searching for a Wholesaling Mentor in Philadelphia

Hello Everyone,

I am very new to real estate investing and I am very eager to learn the wholesaling end of it. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction of mentors in the area or if you are a mentor I would love to speak with you. I am ready to start YESTERDAY and we can split the profits 50-50. I am ready to start ASAP (if you can't tell) and have the time and motivation to get started.
