Searching for a Luxury Penthouse/Condo in Hudson County!

Hello Everyone!

 

   Thanks for taking a moment to read my post.  If any Agents or Investors have any

 

pre-foreclosure or even non-pre foreclosure Luxury Condo's/Penthouses in a full amenity building in

 

Hudson County.. please contact me!

 

A friend of mine just came from europe and is looking to find an apartment in the area. Prime areas

 

of interest include: Hoboken, Jersey City Downtown, Edgewater, West New York, Weehawken,

 

North Bergen.

 

Looking for: 2+ Bedroom, 2+ baths, reasonable maintenance fees & taxes. Purchase ranges are

 

from 1.5M - 4M (all cash).
