Rehab opportunity in Yonkers

I've come across a rehab project that I've passed on because I'm not a rehabber.  It's a historic home in South Yonkers (Lowerre) that is part of an estate which the heirs are trying to liquidate.  3 floors + unfinished basement, approx 3,000 sq ft, 4-5 br, 2-3 bath with top floor views of the Hudson on .17 acres.  It could be stunning after a rehab BUT this place needs a lot of work!

There's a mortgage (475K) on the place and the heirs want to take away some cash so depending on the work to be done it may or may not work.

I have not position in the property, I'm just passing this along to whoever might be interested.
