Referral fees ($1,000 and up) for deals in Mercer & Mdsx counties, NJ & Bucks county, PA

We are actively looking for pre-foreclosures, short sales, subject-to's, expired listings, probate deals and vacant properties to buy and sell in Mercer and lower Middlesex county as well as Bucks county, PA. We will pay a $1,000 or more referral fee (depending on the size of the deal) for each deal someone brings us that we end up buying. We also buy, manage and sell non-performing 2nd mortgage notes. If anyone is holding a 2nd position note that's in default or even one that's performing that you no longer want, we'd love to talk with you.

    Hi.  There are so many in Mercer. I have an expired listing that will make a good rental for 40,000.  It is a two story townhouse good shape no work needed but not for a flip.  Let me know if you are interested and also if you are interested in Trenton.  There are some good deals there in pretty decent neighborhoods.  The rental income is really good especially Section 8 but if you are just doing flips I have some of those in Trenton and surrounding areas.  Thank you

    Hi Jayne,

     

    Thanks for the reply. We're not looking right now, since we're currently involved with a few REO's right now. We might actually want to assign these to someone that want's to do a rehab. Let me know if you know of anyone that might be interested.
