Reduced* 5 Units in Easton, PA

Due to feedback from buyers I was able to reduce the Easton Property. I am currently asking 230,000k.

This property was appraised in 2009 for 400k. It is not in need of any repairs except for simple fixing up as tenants move in and out. 
5 UNITS
2- 2 beds 1 bath ($850, $700)
3- 1 beds 1 bath($600each)
Taxes- 5397
Water/Sewer/Garbage- 4328
Electric- 305
Rental income can be increased. This property in rented but only with month to month rent. Which is normal in Easton PA.
