Ok, so this site appears to be loaded with great people and info... I am a newbie and need a to take the blinders off. All the different ways of investing can be mind boggling.. But I am READY to be a full time real estate investor. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to start with no money down? Please explain why you recommended it and I would love to hear of your greatest accomplishment... ~ Michelle

Hi Rod,
Great to hear from you! Yes, I am looking into lease options & assignments. How do you like that book? I just ordered it for myself, thanks. Absolutely, we can definitely share ideas... Where are you from? What areas are you planning on getting started with?

Hi Michelle,
Like you I have been searching for the right investing strategy. I explored Short Sales, but find it too involved. I am just getting started with Lease options which seems like a great way to control property, get some cash flow from rents, and cash out with a nice profit when the buyer exercises the option.
I am just finishing a book that you might want to pick up, "Investing in Real Estate Lease Options and Subject To's" by Wendy Patton. Let me know if you decide to pursue this strategy, as I would be happy to bounce ideas off each other.

Michelle,
You are in luck! There is an upcoming seminar in this very topic coming up shortly.
