Proof Of Funds

Hi Everyone,

 

I am currently working on a few deals in PA. if I get them, I will need to supply POF (Proof of Funds). Does anyone have a source where I can get this? Also, does anyone know any good, hard money lenders that will loan in PA based only on the deal, not a persons credit score and financials even though mine are good?

    Peter,

    I actually googled Transactional Funding and got a bunch of websites that did POF'S For free. Depending on the deal they may work. You have to find a Realtor that is willing to work with that.... But as for Hard Money??? I am looking too. I dont know where you can get that. Its really based on relationships I think. Just go to meetings and talk to people on this website or other clubs. Keep in touch and if I find anything out I willlet you know.
