I am from Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. There are many opportunities for both flipping homes and making money monthly on rentals. I have been in the rental business for 4 years and I feel like I am getting pretty good at identifying profitable buildings. The problem that i have is that I lost money on one of my prior projects and that has me in the hole. I guess you can say I paid for an education. Anyway, I love what I do, I know the market, but don't have the cash to go at it very aggressively. I am looking for investors or ideas for creative financing. My credit is okay, but with banks these days, they are not an option. My area is a very low cost area to live and do business. There are great opportunities here. Any ideas??? Anyone interested???
