PA opportunity

I just received an opportunity from a local township that is taking control of an old mansion in Schuylkill County.  Great rehab opportunity.  Property has incredible potential.  Looking at approximately $100,000 investment, but possible profit will be about the same.  If anyone is interested in this opportunity to partner up on the deal, please let me know and I can send you the info.  The only problem is, we are under the gun.  Need to have a bid in on the property by this Friday.

    Hi Jerry.

    Sorry, too late on this one.  There are a bunch of new opportunities coming up though.  PA recently changed their laws on abandoned properties.  I will be working on a few of these starting on June 6.  What kind of opportunities are you interested in?
