it's the short term rental of this 5-star hotel group.. all customers have access to all services this 5-star hotel has to offer..

 

the asking price is 40% less than the mortgage on the property.. it's producing 4.8% cap rate & 16% IRR..

    sorry not Manhattan.. Westchester.... and NEWS.. this 5 star hotel will be for sale as well.. numbers will be finalized in about 2 weeks.. 

     

    Manhattan is for 2 apt buildings in downtown.. $32,000,000
