What mls, if it exists, is used in brooklyn ny? if it exists, which one is it? is it as extensive as mlsli? does anyone know anybody that uses it? how do they access it? can non-agents get access to it? please let us know.thank you

I believe there were 2 MLS for Brooklyn. BNYMLS and REBNY. Bay Ridge MLS recently merged with BNYMLS, so BNYMLS is consider the main listing service in Brooklyn area. However, MLS in Queens and Kings county some time overlap. Actually, it's more like Queens overlap over to Kings county. So, hopefully this answers your question.
Official MLS are run by local board of Realtors Assoc. Which is link to the State, which is linked with National Assoc. Realtors. Therefore, no, non-agent will not be grant to those MLS run by the official board.
