All,
On May 3rd, 2011, New Jersey released a memo that the UST Fund has run dry. The grant program will no longer be processing new applications. This is certain to cause a lot of pain among NJ homeowners trying to sell their properties. They're going to need to pay for the cleanups in order to sell their properties.
Inevitably, there will be more foreclosures listed with leaking heating oil tanks. This creates opportunities for buyers that are not adverse to taking a calculated risk. By teaming up with an experienced consultant, such as our firm - Renova Environmental Services, it's possible buy these sites at sub-market rates, pay for the cleanup, and flip them.
I'm looking to team up with others in the capacity of a partner or solely as a consultant.
I appreciate your consideration.
Sincerely,
Paulo Heyman, President
Renova Environmental Services, LLC
