This is really a no-brainier, but my usual lawyer (who I sometimes think has no brains) is away on vacation.
I am flipping a short sale to an attorney. She agrees to do a "release of contract" outside the HUD. Bank approval has no contingencies. Buyer's only contingency is that seller have a lawyer.
This is so freakin easy. Bank won't pay for seller's attorney, so I am looking for someone to do doc review cheap.
They don't even need to come to closing.
Any recommendations?.
