Getting ready to purchase short sale in Norwood, NJ

It's a single family home

3Bed, 3Bath on a lot that's little less than an acre.

Purchase price $310,000

Renovation $75,000

ARV $550,000

Looking to borrow from a direct lender to purchase and renovate.

No Brokers please...
