Need estimate of plumbing costs

Hi, hope someone can help me out & give me an idea of how much the following would cost for a 7 room colonial:

Copper supply lines stripped

Repipe Kitchen/Bath back to back on first level

Repipe Bath on second level not on same wall as above K/B

Repipe HW Heating Boiler and baseboard heaters in 7 rooms

Repipe HW heater
