Need competent, investor friendly, RE lawyer / attorney. North Jersey.

Can anyone recommend an attorney CLOSE TO CLIFTON NJ.

 

Must be familiar with buying RE in a trust, LLC, assignments, double closings, etc. etc.

Must be willing to get creative.

Must be accessible (return calls in a timely manner, etc).

Prefer one who is also a RE investor   !!

 

I know there are 75,000 lawyers in NJ.  Please don't recommend one just because they are a friend from grammar school, or your neighbor's cousin.

Do these mentioned attorneys do settlements in addition to providing the legal due dillegence and advice or do you all use a separate Title company for settlements?
