*Need* 2 Fam or 1 Fam in Queens needing lots of work in

Hi all,

I'm looking for a 2 family in queens for around $250,000+/- needing some work, mostly cosmetic.

Or a 1 family in queens for around $50,000 +/- in need of major repairs.

Prefer areas closer to the Nassau county border but open to all of queens.

    Hi Abena-

     

    I am doing some marketing right now and will be sending out a ton of letters this week for some leads.  Please send me some more specific info as to what exactly you are looking for so I can keep you in mind if I run accross something.  Would it be a cash purchase? Does it matter if the property is listed or not?
