Looking for Wholesale Mentor

I am not here to reinvent the wheel. I am highly motivated and new to real estate investing. I live in Philadelphia but am from central Jersey. I am looking to get started in wholesaling properties and am VERY hungry to learn from a experienced wholesaler. I need help all the way through the process from start to finish, from finding the deals to building the pipeline of buyers. We can split profits 50-50. Please let me know if you are interested in helping out.

    Mike ,we are in Philly also and know the market very well, we wholesale and team up with people all the time, we are in the finance, development and Real Estate Industries ,so we have everything in place, we can just plug you into a project and you can hit the ground running.
