Looking for Money Partner on Single Family Hot Deal in Somerset, NJ

Looking for someone to put up downpayment on a single family property that I have secured financing for.  Total money needed is approximately $28K.

Purchase Price is $105,000

Repairs are $35,000

ARV is $235,000

Property located in a desirable area in Somerset.  Please call me at 732-982-6567 if you have any interest.  I will only take phone calls on this one.
