Hi Mike if your serious about finding a mentor, here are 2 ways to find a mentor.
1. go to networking events where the successful investors hang out and approach them that you are seeking a mentor and highlight the skills that you have to make it worth the investors time.
2. drive around in your real estate farming area and look for houses that are being rehabbed, ask the individuals on the site if the investors who is in charge of the site is around. Then approach the investor about you wanting mentorship, remember to highlight the skills you have.
These are just two tips maybe some of the others here can provide some ideas as well, and good luck with your journey.
