Just getting started in wholesaling real estate and am looking to see if anyone in NJ who has been successful at wholesaling is willing to guide me through my first deals. Thanks

Shaniqua the best way to find a mentor is to network with other real estate professionals. Instead of approaching the situation with this "what i need" "a mentor". Approach the situation with "what you can provide, which would be your strengths". Your strengths to do not have to be in real estate, maybe you can assist a successful investor in office work or any duties they do not want to do. You will be surprise many successful individuals whether in real estate or not, know they cannot do everything.
Also be clear on what u want a mentor to teach you, don't have a blanket request with i just want to learn. If your clear on what it is your seeking you will be better able to access the situation, to see if it is a win win.
