Yes I currently own the town home and have been living there for about 10 years. Our family has grown and we need more space. The townhouse is about 20 yrs old and is a 3 br/2.5 baths (1 master bath) and upstairs hall washer/dryer area. Attic access through bedroom closet. First floor is entry foyer with LR and powder room with the rear area of the townhouse is a DR/FR and a sepereated kitchen. Full unfinished basement. Gas heating (10 years young) and new hot water heater 2 years ago. Detached 1 car garage. Slidding doors from the DR/FR out to a deck overlooking 20 acres open space and a pond (stocked with bass). Walking trails over 40 acres leading to Linvilla Orchards and their 2 swim clubs. Very quiet in the evening no traffic noise. Also Blue ribbon school district (Rose Tree School District).
The only items currently needed is a fresh coat of paint through out and carpeting and the roof is missing a few shingles but there are no leaks. The rest of the house is sound. Any questions you may have please feel free to ask. Will also try to get some pictures and post them as soon as I can.
