Lease/Purchase Option Coaching Needed

I came across an interesting twist to the traditional lease option investment stategy and am looking for someone who has lease option experience to work with me as a coach. I already have a deal I am working on, but would like to have someone looking over my shoulder with guidance in exchange for a nice cut of the deal.
