There seems to be lots of multi-unit rehabbed properties available in the market in the Jersey City/Newark areas lately. Does anyone know if this is a good market to run a rental business in? Is dealing with low income tenants in a sub-par neighborhood difficult? Will it be easy to collect rent or deal with a less safe neighborhood, etc? Does anyone have experience renting properties in these areas?
