Katherine;
Thanks for your response back, about working with a realtor in Bergen county. Just a thought, if you need some professional advice, for any of your clients, I was a professional world wide mover for over 25 years, I can pack and wrap anything, or crate it.I would be glad to asssit someone with advice for you.
Hey George,
I don't have buyer's who invest specifically in those counties, but I do have a couple of cash buyer's who invest all over New Jersey--as long as the #'s make sense. If you like we can definitely exchange info.
You can give me a call at 347-302-7814
Look forward to speaking with you soon!

Thanks Katherine,
I definitely agree that you can never go wrong with educating yourself. Good luck to you too. I'll probably see you around at another tristate event.

Hello, Katherine;
My wife is interested in going to the real estate classes in Bergen county, and you can reach her during the day time at 201-791-6574, our home.We are also investors looking to work wholesales in Passaic and Hudson counties.
Hi Toku ,
I always think it's good to learn all ends of the RE business ,doesn't mean you have to get licensed to go school.
The course is very well rounded in all the different RE Areas....funny they don't tell you anything about selling RE or how to make money from it.
Good Luck on your journey to financial freedom !

Hey Katerine,
I met you at the Attorney's Panel in Teaneck a few weeks ago. At the moment I'm still in the learning process but soon I'd like to get into shortsales and wholesaling. So though I still don't need any realtor services right now, I just wanted to drop a message to stay in touch.
I'm also looking into getting my real estate license. After we had that talk about the pro's and con's of getting a real esate license, I asked other people of their opinions and most seem to think it'll be a good idea to get one. What do you think??
