Investor Friendly Title Company and Attorneys

Dear All,

 

I am in Morris County, can anybdoy suggest the names of investor friendly Title Company and Attorneys.

I am in process of assigning a contact and has asked my cash buyer for a $2000/- non-refundable deposit of the assignment fee and the remainder to be paid at closing.

 

Should I use a Title company to hold my non-refundable Deposit or an Attornery.

Should be a certified check and who should it be made pyabale to my attornery or Title Company.

How much will such transaction cost.

The title company should be fine for the deposit make the check out to them sometimes I can get the check made out to me though I haven't in New Jersey
