I am in Morris County, can anybdoy suggest the names of investor friendly Title Company and Attorneys.
I am in process of assigning a contact and has asked my cash buyer for a $2000/- non-refundable deposit of the assignment fee and the remainder to be paid at closing.
Should I use a Title company to hold my non-refundable Deposit or an Attornery.
Should be a certified check and who should it be made pyabale to my attornery or Title Company.
How much will such transaction cost.
