In search of investor friendly title co's & attorneys in New Jersey

I have come to the conclusion, that you can have as many deals as you can handle, but without the proper tools, such as a title co & attorney that handles, double closes, assignments etc, you will not be doing much business.

I'm new here and to the exciting and often challenging world of RE investing. 

If this duscussion is still active I am in need of a title company and atty for nyc (or a multi -state service ) although I work primarily in nyc, I have partners in md, dc, va, atl and we have been getting referrals for nj and ct. 

My main focus in my co. has been wholesaling,  assignnents, pre foreclosures, lease options and inherited properties.

I am steadly building my team but as you all know none of that matters if your legal execution is lacking when its time to close..:(

Hi im new to the site im from ocean county and also havent found an investor friendly title company and attorney i could use in my wholesaling business . I found one attorney in toms river who is willing to work with me but im not sure he is going to workout.
