I need referral to a title agent or attorney that has closed a sale from a SD IRA 2 a 3rd party with morgtgage

I am at impasse with a sale, two attorneys one title company and a mortgage underwriter unaware of how to do the title work.  Can not get them to understand the custodian is not the seller, the account is.  It is impossible to get this point across.  Do you know any lawyer or title company that is closing these deals regularly, or is at least acquainted with ERISA law, that can consult?  Thanks.

    First question...what state is your deal in? I have a large group of investors with attorney referrals nation wide, we also always ask for group discounts as well. Most are well versed in Self Directed IRA issues...Mike
