I'm looking for a Brooklyn, NY real estate agent to buy a 4 family house in Brooklyn NY.

Does anyone know an agent from the area that knows where buying owner occupied rental can generate decent positive cash flow? I'm looking to go less than 20% down but want to stay in low crime area.

                                                  Suggestions will be really appreciated. Thank You!

    I would suggest multi-units in Canarsie and East. NY

    it's hard finding agents, but these guys work with reo's in Brooklyn & these areas.
