How to determine a homes value

I appologize if this has been covered else where. I am new and would like to know how one goes about determining property value, repair estimates and after repair value? Does anyone have a spread sheet or a link to provide me some insight as to how one determines accurate pricing for a property and the cost of repairs etc?
