How do I evict a tenant in NJ? - Any advise would be appreciated!!

What is the quickest and most efficient way for me to evict a tenant?

1. Stopped paying rent as of July

2. Installed a deadbolt lock without my permission

3. Damaged the floor/carpet and walls.

4. Refuses to answer my calls

5. Creating problems with my other tenants

Any advise would be appreciated!!

    Contact a real estate lawyer they can give an order of evacuation and if it comes
    Down to it have the county sheriff remove them
